Overview & Expectations:

As the Lead Front-End Web3 Developer for InvArch, you will be tasked with working in coordination with the protocol development team & technology development team to realize a fluid, intuitive, & clean experience for users of the InvArch chain & the team’s flagship products. InvArch uses ZenHub (integrated directly with GitHub Actions) to manage the project’s CI/CD pipelines. InvArch is a layer-1 protocol seeking to become a parachain in the Polkadot ecosystem & features both WASM & Solidity smart contract functionality.

The back end is primarily written in Rust using the Substrate framework, and the front end is primarily written in Javascript using the React.js framework. Joining InvArch means working with teams from other major protocols & projects, collaborating with key Polkadot community figures, and joining one of the highest-respected builder programs in Web3. You should have solid experience working with APIs, building high-quality user dApp interfaces, connecting with mobile & browser crypto wallet extensions, & be ready to define your legacy by building the front-ends for some of the most revolutionary technology the world will ever know.

Skills Requirements & Preferences:

  • Javascript (Required: 3 years | Preferred: 5+ years)

Anticipated Focuses & Highlights:

  • InvArch Parachain UI (Node front-end template provided).
  • InvArch website expansion & support for Polkadot.js (wallet browser extension).
  • Provide a powerful, smooth, & cutting-edge UI for GitArch (InvArch’s flagship dApp).
  • Mobile and/or browser wallet to support InvArch assets & SubAssets.
  • Develop a library of front-end resources for new developers joining the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience building frontends with a history of independent management, working within Polkadot, NEAR, or Solana (Rust ecosystems), & understands that InvArch supports Solidity, but is not native to Ethereum. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience previously centered around incorporating NFT, DAO, and/or DeFi functionalities, producing well-designed code that provides a seamless front-end experience, proving their resourcefulness & showcasing their ingenuity when tackling issues. It is also expected that the ideal candidate will be familiar with operating in the blockchain industry, naturally and/or proactively staying well-versed in the realm of web3.

Salary & Incentive Package:

  • Token Vesting: 0.1% - 0.25% of the supply ($VARCH)
  • Vesting Schedule: 48 months (12-month cliff, followed by 36 months of equal vesting)

Overview & Expectations:

As the Lead DevOps Engineer for InvArch, you will be tasked with deploying, maintaining, and monitoring services, databases, or API endpoints related to the InvArch Parachain & its nodes, and be responsible for ensuring a smooth development & workflow environment. InvArch uses ZenHub (integrated directly with GitHub Actions) to manage the project’s CI/CD pipelines. InvArch is a layer-1 protocol seeking to become a Parachain in the Polkadot ecosystem & features both WASM & Solidity smart contract functionality. Design, deploy, maintain, and monitor different types of infrastructures for data processing systems using API endpoints as well as non-traditional projects (such as deploying blockchain nodes). Joining InvArch means working with teams from other major protocols & projects, collaborating with key Polkadot community figures, and joining one of the highest-respected builder programs in Web3. You should have a fluent mindset for taking ownership, initiative, & being resourceful when approaching problems. his role will be expected to both establish and maintain scalable logging and monitoring infrastructure for deployed services as well. Anticipated Focuses & Highlights:

  • Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines to support teams during development.
  • Build tooling to reduce the overhead of deployment & monitoring.
  • Produce & update documentation of standards & procedures.
  • Blockchain node & Tinkernet (testnet) configurations & deployments.
  • Work with multiple teams & partner projects to provide a fluid development experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience operating as a DevOps engineer with a history of independent management & track record of bringing organization to development within bold projects, It is great if they have a history working within Polkadot, NEAR, or Solana (Rust ecosystems), & understand that while InvArch supports Solidity (& WASM) smart contracts, it is not native to the Ethereum ecosystem. It would stand out if this candidate has a pre-acquired understanding of Parachain (blockchain) nodes in the Polkadot ecosystem in addition to decentralized cloud services such as IPFS. It is expected that the ideal candidate for this role will have the skills to establish the tools and principles that will successfully bring scalable automation and DevOps capabilities to the day-to-day development processes at InvArch while proactively staying well-versed in the realm of web3.
